How to Opt Out — STOP
You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message sent by Sierra-6. After sending STOP, you will receive one final SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent after that confirmation. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number or re-submit your opt-in through our website.

Carrier Disclaimer

Sierra-6 does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to communicate with you directly as part of the Sierra-6 SMS program.

Subscriptions, Trials & Digital Products

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually depending on the plan selected and may be canceled at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Return of Physical Products
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained and included with any return. We recommend certified mail with tracking. Proof of return is required for refund eligibility.
